When you need something notarized in a hurry...and you can't go out to your local bank branch, who do you call?
You call a mobile Notary of course.
Are all notary Publics who provide traveling Notary Services going to charge the same rate? No...because it is not regulated and is subject to what that Notary will accept for providing the additional traveling services as follows:
Tolls, bridges, etc.
Car mileage
Parking fees
Taxi fare
Hourly rate
Some mobile notary services might be a flat rate because they work in a particular metro area where their expenses are easily estimated...whereas a traveling Notary Public in a rural area might have to drive 1 hour to see you and another hour to return to their office. Gas is very expensive which is a fact that any reader of this article is painfully aware of!

Notary Publics Locations & Traveling Notary Services
New York State allows a Notary Public to charge $2.00 per Notary certificate they make for you...and it is not mandatory to charge the fee. There are however Mobile Notary services wherein the Notary Public will travel to your location when you can not find a Notary available where you are located. The state does not regulate the fees for mobile Notary Publics so they are free to set their own fees. This is a listing board only and any services you contract with any Notary Public listed here is solely up to your discretion. We have however verified that the licenses listed here are registered with the New York Secretary of State, Division of Licensing services. We have listed the counties of New York State and will ad Notary publics to the listing as they join our listing & marketing services distribution
